What do you think of JC Penny’s new ad featuring same-sex parents?
After ticking off gay-hating activists One Million Moms by standing behind their lesbian spokesperson, Ellen DeGeneres, JC Penny has come out with an advertisement featuring same-sex parents.
The ad features ”real-life dads Todd Koch and Cooper Smith” playing happily with their children, Claire and Mason.
Under the giant slogan, “First Pals,” the ad reads, “what makes Dad so cool? He’s the swim coach, tent maker, best friend, bike fixer and hug giver — all rolled into one. Or two.”
Why do we constantly have to give our “opinions” or say what we “think” when advertising like this happens… Why can’t it just be? It’s fucking normal, that’s what I think.
It sucks because I go from being happy to being sad in a few minute.
I’ve heard somewhere before that you have to learn to be alone before you can truly be with someone else.
